Wealth & protection

Your loan is one part of the plan.

Once the lending is sorted, bigger questions often follow. Is the family protected? Is your super working? Are you building wealth? I can refer you to experienced, licensed financial advisers, so the rest of your plan gets the same care.

Your lending with Jenny is one part of the circle. Advisers I refer you to close it with wealth creation, financial planning and life insurance.
Closing the circle

A circle is only complete when every part is there.

Your loan is a big part of your financial life, but it isn't the whole picture. I look after the lending, from your first home to your business premises.

The financial advisers I can refer you to look after the rest: protecting your family, planning your super and retirement, and growing your wealth. With you at the centre, it all works together instead of in separate boxes.

The rest of the circle.

Three areas the advisers I refer clients to can help with, and most borrowers think about sooner or later.

Financial planning

A plan for your super, your retirement and, if you run a business, how the business fits into it.

  • Superannuation: bringing scattered accounts together without losing insurance you rely on, reviewing how your super is invested, and contribution strategies such as salary sacrifice or spouse contributions.
  • Retirement planning: modelling when you could retire and the income you could expect, transition-to-retirement options, and where Centrelink or aged care come into it.
  • Business owners: super contributions through your business, key person and business insurance, and planning for an eventual sale or succession.

Life insurance

Cover that would keep your family in the home and the repayments made if illness, injury or the worst happened.

  • Life cover, total and permanent disability (TPD), income protection and trauma cover, sized to your loan, your family and your income.
  • A review of the cover you already hold, including insurance inside your super, to find gaps and doubled-up premiums.
  • How premiums are paid, through super or personally, and comparing policies across several insurers.

Wealth creation

A clear investment plan that turns a good income into long-term wealth, alongside your property.

  • Setting goals first: retiring early, a next property, school fees or leaving something for the family.
  • A diversified investment strategy matched to your goals, timeframe and comfort with risk.
  • Tax-aware structures, such as super, investment bonds or a family trust where they suit, with regular reviews as life and markets change.

Where your loan and your plan meet.

The best results come when your lender and your adviser are on the same page.

How a referral works.

Simple, optional and only with your permission.

1. Tell me what you would like help with
Mention it when we talk about your loan, or choose “A referral to a financial adviser” when you enquire.
2. I refer you, with your permission
I only pass on your name, contact details and what you would like help with, and only once you say yes.
3. A first conversation with the adviser
They explain how they work and what their advice costs before you commit to anything.
4. Your adviser and I work together
Advice comes from them, under their licence. I keep looking after your lending, and we coordinate where the two meet.

About adviser referrals.

Does Circle Finance give financial advice?

No. I am a lending specialist and Circle Finance is a credit representative. Financial planning, life insurance and investment advice comes from the financial adviser you are referred to, under their own Australian Financial Services Licence.

Do I have to use the adviser?

No. A referral is entirely optional, you can stop at any point, and it makes no difference to your loan or how I look after it.

What does advice cost?

Each adviser sets their own fees. They must explain them to you, and give you their Financial Services Guide, before giving you advice.

What information do you share?

Only what you agree to: usually your name, contact details and what you would like help with. Nothing is passed on without your permission.

How do I check an adviser?

Every financial adviser in Australia must be listed on the government's Financial Advisers Register, which shows their qualifications and licensee.

Circle Finance is a credit representative and does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. We do not provide financial product advice, life insurance or investment services. Any advice is provided by the financial adviser you are referred to, under their own licence, and they will give you their Financial Services Guide before advising you. You are under no obligation to use them, and it does not affect your loan. This page is general information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Circle Finance Pty Ltd ACN 624 683 245 is a Credit Representative (507534) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760, Australian Credit Licence 391237.
